Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. By submitting an Essay to the website provided above, each Participant agrees, for zero compensation, to grant to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in the Essay and each of the constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, the Sponsor’s right to publish, make available to the public and/or reproduce the Essay through any media available for the purpose of administering and conducting the Promotion. All Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use any ideas from the Essay, whether or not such Essay has been awarded a prize.
