Lenovo will perform problem determination remotely. You are requested to work with Lenovo during problem determination and to perform those activities that Lenovo may request. The aim of this problem determination is to identify the accidental damage to your Lenovo ThinkPad and to confirm that the damage is covered by your ThinkPad Protection offering. If the problem determination result is that your Lenovo ThinkPad is damaged due to an accident then arrangements will be made for a courier to collect the damaged machine so that repair can be carried out. Exclusions apply.
