I need a manual. How do I get a replacement?
If you no longer have the manual that was shipped with your product, you can get a replacement.
You can either get a replacement manual online or call 1-800-879-2755 (8:30am to 7:00pm EST, Monday - Friday)
Some personal computers have the manual pre-installed on the hard drive. If you prefer a printed copy, please contact our service provider, the IBM PC Helpcenter at 1-800-772-2227.
