Order status and Order tracking
Check order status:
For secure access to your order's status, you'll need either your Lenovo ID and password or your email address and the order number. These umbers are provided to you in an email sent after your order is placed.
Order arrival
Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include a link to the order status web site where you can view the most current estimated ship date. Then simply add the 'estimated ship date' with your choice of shipping method to determine when your order will arrive.
Cancel my order
To cancel your order please call 1890 252 967. Hours of operation Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm (GMT).
Cancellation requests must be made prior to your order shipping. Otherwise, please consult our return policy.
