Hardware support must be placed as a service call through Warranty and Technical Issues Tel: +44 (0) 870 5500 900 or to IBM Spares Tel: +44 (0) 189 520 5500, and may be billable depending on the nature of the call. Please have your system's model number available so that your call can be directed to the most appropriate technical specialist. The model number is printed on your system near the system's serial number - here's an example: 2645-9ZU.
Cancellation up to delivery
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Ireland Websales on 1890 252 967 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.You may cancel your order at any time up to delivery. As soon as we receive notification of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. After delivery, your rights are as described in the following section.
Returns after delivery
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a Product within a period of seven (7) working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item was delivered. This applies to all of our Products. However, we regret we cannot accept cancellation of purchases of software Products that are supplied on CD, DVD or other similar storage devices if you have unwrapped the software Product.As soon as we receive notice of your request to cancel your purchase of a Product, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that Product.
Return of Missing or incorrectly delivered Product
You must notify Lenovo promptly following delivery of any missing, incorrectly delivered, incorrect specification or otherwise not as ordered Products or Products which are either in damaged packaging or are visibly damaged or following discovery of a non-visible damage or defect in Product supplied. Requests for all returns will only be accepted from the person who placed the original order with Lenovo. Lenovo will only collect product returns from a location where domestic or small business use is obvious.
You may cancel a Service you bought from Lenovo within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase and obtain a refund. To qualify for a refund, please contact us within forty-five (45) days after the date of purchase to obtain the refund. You may terminate a Service after forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase on notification to us. Once we have received your notification of termination, you will receive a pro-rata refund which will be calculated by reference to the Service’s remaining period of full unexpired months.
