For secure access to your order's status, you'll need your 7-digit customer number and your 6-digit order number. These numbers are provided to you in an
email sent after your order is placed.

Your enterprise portal now features a new order status tool designed specifically for your data intensive needs. You can find this tool on your Easy Access site. Your Web Sales Manager will be happy to provide you with a demonstration of the new tool.

Order arrival
During the checkout process (checkout page 2 of 2), you can choose from several shipping options. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include a link to the order status web site where you can view the most current estimated ship date. Then simply add the 'estimated ship date' with your choice of shipping method to determine when your order will arrive.
