With the X131e and X130e, which are specifically designed for durability in the rigorous K-12 school system, a rubber bumper cushions the top cover for added protection, while hinges and ports are further strengthened. The bezel with integrated webcam uses thicker plastic than other X Series models. Likewise with the spill-resistant, full-sized keyboard — comfortably curved keys are made even stronger. In fact, for the X131e, gaps between keys have been reduced by 60% to decrease the likelihood of keys being removed.

X Series includes superior VoIP experience with HD camera and HD microphones for advanced noise and echo cancellation.^†Optimized VoIP features not available on X120e. Plus, the X1 Carbon and the X230 are both Polycom® ready and the 720p HD webcam includes face tracking for most excellent video conferencing.
