Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste Problems: 1. The USB ports are on an angle above the print screen, pause break, and scroll lock keys. Not huge issue, but can be akward. 2. The USB ports don't seem to work well with some thumb drives. Out of the 8 different thumbs drives I tested, only 2 actually worked. The manual mentions something about the ports only supporting low powered devices. This was a major issue, since this was the primary reason for purchasing this keyboard. 3. Not all of the Hot Key's can be disabled. Another major issue for us. Really, the only thing we needed was the USB ports. 4. Size. This Keyboard is too big and bulky. Lenovo does not seem to offer any other keyboard with USB ports built-in. Apple's keyboards offer this and they're sleek.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for productivity Pros: Easily programmed keys at top (7) Audio control buttons Internet Back & Forward buttons Classic layout Excellent "touch" Cons: "Access IBM" button cannot be modified (may be different on newer models) I have used several of these keyboards over many years. They are very durable. Would be perfect with a fingerprint reader and ScrollPoint. It is my keyboard of choice - by a long shot. I am ordering 2 additional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best keyboard you can buy This is the best keyboard you can buy. It is designed for people who realize that to fully utilize a keyboard, you need to be able to feel the keys. The hot keys are very handy and I had no problems programming them to suit my applications. The volume buttons get a lot of use, and the mute I will never again be without. The USB slots are at an angle so that things don't stick straight out of the back hoping to be broken off. Unfortunately, the they are really only useful for a wireless mouse or something similar. Don't expect to use them for your backup drive. (My board is several years old). If you are the type of person who fully utilizes a keyboard by feel, knows the keyboard shortcuts to your applications and considers anything which takes your eyes off the screen a distraction, this is the keyboard for you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice keyboard but USB ports are mostly worthless Imagine my surprise when I stuck a thumb drive into the USB port and got the message "hub doesn't have enough power to support the mass storage device". Seriously, what was the intent of the ports? I was able to use a wireless mouse receiver in the keyboard USB port but this is a serious shortcoming that should be considered.
