How do I check my order status?

Yes, you can view the status of your order in one of two ways:

If you are a registered Lenovo.com customer, simply login to your account and click View my orders.

Note that Affinity/EPP customers must log in at the site through which their original order was placed to view status.

Can I have my purchase shipped overseas?

Lenovo is unable to ship orders internationally due to export restrictions and policies. Additionally, Lenovo sells and ships products intended for end-users only. No products on Lenovo.com may be resold. Lenovo reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel suspect orders that do not meet the criteria of an end user.

What is Lenovo's return policy?

To begin the returns process, please fill out and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form. A member of our Sales team will then contact you to initiate your return. Note that all refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase.

Can I save other products I am interested in for purchase at a later date?

Do I have to be present at time of delivery to receive my package?

Yes, Lenovo uses UPS as its standard carrier for all deliveries. UPS policy requires a signature for delivery to be made.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

You may change the delivery address of your order if it has not yet been received by our warehouse. Once our warehouse has received an order, the delivery address cannot be altered.

Note that your order will be delayed if the shipping address is altered.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders placed for in-stock items (e.g., accessories, monitors, printers and pre-configured PCs) cannot be cancelled.

Our building process for configured to order PC's begins shortly after each order is placed; therefore, it is not always possible to cancel these types of orders. However, orders not having a "shipped" status can be cancelled.

Please note that your request to cancel your order may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Due to our green-minded business practices, hard copies of system manuals are not available by mail from Lenovo.

Why should I purchase an extended warranty?

Lenovo's extended warranty options provide affordable and lengthy protection for your new Lenovo system(s). Lenovo's base warranties range from 1-3 years and are included with all Lenovo systems, these provide protection from factory defects and other non-user incurred issues. Extended warranty periods range from 1-5 years and protect your investment in a variety of ways (dependent upon warranty type selected) including on-site repair, a dedicated phone line to avoid customer support queues and protection from accidental damage.

Do I need an account to checkout?

When finalizing a purchase on Lenovo.com, new Lenovo.com users may choose to create an account or checkout as a guest.

When checking out as a guest, you will be required to insert your billing and shipping address, as well as an e-mail address to which Lenovo will send status updates regarding your order.

How do I create an account?
