    It's black.

Absolutely brilliant service from Lenovo and I'm sure that many of their other products are excellent.
Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by the performance (or lack of) from this laptop, although it may have been more to do with the processor. It did feel cheap and flimsy, as others have said.

With a 10% off voucher I found in an online search, this just worked out the best all round deal for an all rounder laptop primarily for writing, but also with enough RAM, decent enough processor and good enough graphics abilities to be used for the odd game, watching DVDs, multi tasking, and running my car diagnostic software on.
It all came as expected, all works fine.
Battery life so far better than the Dell. But not amazing either.
Overall pretty happy with this for the money. Only highlighting any flaws I can think of to try and give a balanced view. Cos I'd want to know. Dipping keyboard's the only real problem in my opinion. If I'd known about it. I'd have got an HP instead. But that's just me.
The centre of the keyboard seems to dip down when you hit the keys. Since Im using it for writing this is a big disappointment to me but I have tto learn to live with it. My old Dell didn't do this. I also felt rather deceived by the claim it came with McAffee antivirus when in fact it comes with a month's free trial after which they charge a high annual fee. I'll be removing it and installing a free one instead. I don't care for the deceit involved. I'd rather get a laptop with no AV software than this cos AV software is notoriously difficult to properly remove once installed.
Finally, I dont like the RJ45 socket - it's got this weird spring attachment you have to pull down to get the plug in(or force down) and it feels like it will snap off at some point.
Windows 10 sucks compared to 7 but that's a separate discussion. I wish they sent the OS discs with these things instead of this lame reset we get now.
It's on the heavy side but I dont mind. Maybe heftier build quality(apart from the keyboard obviously!).
USB slots feel a little tight but going forward maybe thats even a good thing. They work so not complaining.
Sitting in the garden I really wish I'd gone for an anti glare screen, but that's on mem not Lenovo.
