Lenovo Enhanced Experience 3 for Windows 7

Using Lenovo's RapidBoot technology, Enhanced Experience 3 PCs have optimized system files, processes, and hardware settings to start your PC 40% faster than a typical Windows 7 computer. Plus, even when multiple applications are installed, BootShield continues to maintain fast boot performance. EE 3 is optimized for business with robust security features like self-encrypting drives, fingerprint ID and BIOS port locks. EE 3 systems also include superior web conferencing with features like light-adaptive webcam, facial tracking, and advanced noise-cancellation technology. Solid-State Storage Drives (SSDs)

Solid-state storage drives (SSDs) use Flash memory rather than traditional magnetic storage. When combined with our ThinkLight® feature that shines down from the top of the display bezel, it makes working in dark environments effortless. (Note that the keyboard for the T430u doesn't include separate multimedia keys for mute or volume.)
